he Pennsylvania Association of Alpha Chapters (PAAC) is the fifth district (District V) in the Eastern Region of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. It is led by a President/District Director and a Second Vice President/Assistant District Director. The district consists of ten (10) college chapters from both public and private institutions and seven (7) alumni chapters spread across cities in Pennsylvania.

 

The district is organized into three areas, each overseen by an Area Director: East (Greater Philadelphia), Central (Harrisburg), and West (Pittsburgh and Erie). Each fall, the district hosts a District Conference where chapters come together for learning, collaboration, and fellowship.
